Before entering the real estate market, I spent 15 years as a lawyer specialising in tax and contractual law. This background is not just a detail in my professional journey — it is the foundation of everything I do.
I am Rafaella Galardo, Team Leader of the Rafaella Galardo Team at RE/MAX. With 10 years of experience in the real estate market and over €20,000,000 in transactions brokered, I work with a strong focus on Cascais, Estoril, Lisbon and the Cascais coastline, supporting both national and international clients in Portuguese, English, Spanish and French.
The combination of a legal background and deep commercial expertise allows me to offer something few real estate consultants can: rigorous document analysis, identification of contractual risks before they become problems, and negotiation skills supported by solid arguments — not intuition.
I have specialised in new developments, real estate investment and premium property sales. I support buyers, investors and developers in strategic decisions, as well as clients going through the process of buying their first home, moving house or relocating to Portugal. Each client profile has different priorities — but my method remains the same: precision, proximity and effective protection of my client's interests.
In addition to real estate consulting, I work on the positioning of each property through digital marketing and an active presence on social media, ensuring that every property reaches the right audience, with the right message, at the right time.

Certified consultant in the RE/MAX Collection luxury market, qualified trainer (CCP-PT) and specialist in digital marketing applied to real estate. I lead the Rafaella Galardo Team as Team Leader at RE/MAX, combining strategic vision, commercial capability and a legal approach that distinguishes our service.
